Johnson’s Pools & Spas services what we sell. Please provide us with as much information as possible on your unit so we can be well prepared and so we can update your account as necessary. For stoves we do not sell, parts are proprietary and make it difficult for us to service/clean them so contact us and we will do our best to help you!

At these cleanings we typically perform a sweep of the chimney (on pellet units), remove any soot/ash, clean the fans, burner assembly, pilot assembly, etc.

Typically it is located on the back side of freestanding units, and underneath or behind a drop down door on gas units. If you cannot find it that is okay, we may have it on file.
